This 3 Days adventure to Sipi Falls and Jinja gives you a chance to visit the highest waterfalls in Uganda combined with a day full of fun in the adventure capital of East Africa. You shall go on a community tour on the base of Mount Elgon, go hiking to the falls and enjoy fun time tubing on the Nile, a sunset cruise on the Nile plus a thrilling high canopy ziplining adventure in a tropical rain forest.
You shall stay at handpicked accommodation facilities, enjoy yummy meals and travel in a comfortable 4×4 safari vehicle driven by a professional safari driver guide. Day 1: Transfer to Sipi Falls
Early morning today, you shall be met by your tour guide for the transfer to Sipi Falls. The drive takes you to the countryside, across small villages and towns, through sugarcane plantations, small hills dotted with tea plantations, across the Nile Bridge into the highlands of the Elgon Mountains.
You shall reach Sipi in time for lunch, enjoy your yummy meal and thereafter set off for the hike to the highest three cascading waterfalls. The hike takes you through villages, gardens right in the local community. The area is picturesque, the people are welcoming and the experience is memorable. You shall visit caves, enjoy time with the locals as they take you through the local coffee making process and choose to go Abseiling down the 100 meter high waterfalls should your adrenaline feels tempt you to!
You shall later today check in to your booked safari lodge, enjoy the magical sunset views from your balcony. Have dinner and overnight.
Day 2: Transfer to Jinja
You shall wake up early today for breakfast and thereafter transfer back to Jinja, The Adventure Capital of East Africa. Upon arrival, you shall go for your tubing on the Nile experience, spend time roaring with the Nile on a fun adventure that needs no experience in swimming. Just hold onto your tube and let the Nile take you on a life time memorable adventure.
You shall enjoy your lunch thereafter and choose to go for an optional activity before transferring for your sunset cruise to the source of the Nile. This can be either bungee jumping, quad biking or river sliding.
After your cruise, check in to your booked hotel for dinner and overnight.
Day 3: Transfer to Kampala.
Wake up lazily today for your breakfast, you shall thereafter go sightseeing at Busowoko Falls also commonly referred to as The Niagara on the Nile. The site is picturesque, take plenty of photos of this Grade 4 waterfalls, choose to go fresh water swimming in the river or the common water massage.
You shall thereafter set off for the transfer to Kampala with enroute lunch and a stop over at the Ziplining center in the middle of a tropical rainforest. Go high canopy ziplining and thereafter set off for Kampala reaching in the late evenings. You shall be dropped off at your hotel or home.
Note: You can choose to go white water rafting today, it's an optional activity. You shall set off early at 8am and be back at 2pm, have lunch, go Ziplining and be dropped off at your hotel later on today.
